Ray, you got caught in another of your little Micheal Moore type games.

Tell part of the story, but only the part that serves you.

Here is what is missing from your quote, that you and I both know you damn well left off on purpose.

Ray Kerby's reprinted quote..

"Because this commercial touches on the exclusion of gay couples...and the fact that the executive branch has recently proposed a Constitutional amendment to define marriage as a union between a man and a woman, this spot is unacceptable for broadcast"

The real quote....

"Because this commercial touches on the exclusion of gay couples...and the fact that the executive branch has recently proposed a Constitutional amendment to define marriage as a union between a man and a woman, this spot is unacceptable for broadcast," the church quoted CBS as saying.

Notice what the honorable Ray Kerby left out ?????????

Now you see it... " the church quoted CBS as saying" .. That omission changed the entire context of the quote.

Without that it appeared that CBS had issued a statement saying they wouldn't air the Ad because of the Executive Branch's stance on gay marriage. CBS would never adhere to BS like that.

This is CBS's quote on why they didn't air the ad....

"It was against our policy of accepting advocacy advertising," said the spokesman.

NBC went on to state....

"An NBC spokeswoman said the problem with the ad was not its depiction of same sex couples at church, but its implication that other religions are not open to all people.

"It went against our long-standing policy of not accepting ads that deal with issues public controversy," said the NBC spokeswoman. "

Ray, just quit it man. It has become so obvious. You and Micheal Moore should hang out together.

Your world must really suck.
