The last I looked, Soriano lead the NL in OF assists by a wide margin. Now some of that probably comes from teams testing him because he is former 2ber. But it obviously means he has a good arm. Actually I've been impressed by his LF play of late, particularly given the the terrible conditions under which he did it. He never went back to AAA to practice in the outfield, like Burke. He was just thrown out in LF without any experience there, and of course he was awkward initially. But he is catching on to it, and he obviously has the athletic ability to play there. He is rated better than Wilson in LF by zone rating.
