None of the choices apply. When you have five of six quality starts and you're still 1-5 then your offense sucks or bullpen sucks (or both). The only really bad decision was having Ausmus squeeze with runners on first and third and no out. Even if he does the normal Ausmus and GIDP you still get one run. If he gets a hit or hits a fly ball you are ahead.

However, if anyone thinks his decision making is responsible for 1-5 then they aren't paying attention. Pitching Lidge in the 9th was a great decision. After all, the Astros have not come up with more than two or three runs in an inning all year. It's not like Lidge's blow up cost them the game.
