JD and Brownie are discussing the future of the Cubs (up for sale) and Wrigley Field (for sale separately). While the ivy and "Wrigleyville" are charming, the ballpark is really a dump, with many obstructed-view seats, horrible ramps, and very few entrances and exits.

Since MLB has little regard for tradition (unless it involves the Yankees, Red Sox), what's the big deal about building a retractible roof ballpark for the Cubs? Actually the "new" Yankee Stadium is a dump too.....nothing like the original YS.....
