I hear (via 610) that the Texans have a gentlemen's agreement with Washington to move up to 6 if Quinn is still there. I don't know what the Texans give up to get there though.

Speedy, that would make sense because I think there is a good chance Brady Quinn will be drafted by the Vikings with the 7th pick, so if the Texans really want him, then moving up to the Redskins' 6th pick would make sense.

From what I understand, the Cleveland Browns are still set on Adrian Peterson with the 3rd pick, even though they signed veteran RB Jamal Lewis. They traded Ruben Droughns to the Giants for veteran WR Tim Carter, making room for another running back on their roster. ( Likely Adrian Peterson going to Cleveland at 3 )

That means Brady Quinn will likely be targeted by the Vikings at 7. So the Texans would have to move up to 6 in order to draft Brady Quinn if that happens.

Also, the Redskins 6th pick is the only pick they have until the 5th round. The Redskins have no 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round picks.

So the Texans would likely give up the 8th pick, plus any day one pick ( rounds 2 or 3 ? ) or a 4th round pick.

That would make a lot of sense to the Redskins, who only move down 2 spots, while picking up picks they don't have.
