I still don't think Brady Quinn will be on the board when the Texans come up to pick at 8. He will be long gone by then. Our only chance is if Quinn is still on the board at 6 and we exercise that rumored gentleman's trade with the Redskins and swap picks ( 8 and Carr, or 8 and 3rd round pick for 6 ).

There is no question the Minnesota Vikings will take Brady Quinn at 7, if he doesn't go to the Browns at 3.

And you can forget about Joe Thomas, Adrian Peterson, and Calvin Johnson. The Texans should have lost the final 2 games to Colts and Browns if they wanted either of those studs. We would have finished 4-12 and had the 3rd pick. Instead, we won 2 meaningless games to finish 6-10 and earned the 8th pick.

I am only kidding with that last paragraph of course, I'm happy we beat the Super Bowl Champion Colts for the first time, as well as the pathetic Brownies.

The Texans can now win 3 games in a row for the first time in franchise history if they win their week 1, 2007 game in September.
