And if we get rid of Carr we'll regret not drafting Quinn. Remember the last QB who's stock dropped like this before the draft? Matt Lienart. Sure he won NC's and big games unlike Quinn, but show me a more NFL ready QB than Quinn? Almost all his games were nationally televised, he's consistantly under the public eye, played for the the college coach with the most NFL experience and led an upper eschalon program for years mostly succesfully. There's few reason's to doubt Quinn except for when he played Michigan and USC. And they count for over half of his "big game" losses in his career. I roll my eyes at that LSU QB who's name I don't even care to remember. JaMarcus or something? Not a friggen name, but I digress.

We fooled ourselves last year by playing putting too much "stock" into these amatures draft stock. Clearly Reggie and Vince were the best talents on the board and fact is that Quinn's stock has been dropping during times when he's not playing. I'd put more into his seasonal draft rankings than post.

That said give me that OL from Pitt with that number 8 pick. Levi Brown I want to say. And just be glad that we didn't over think the draft.
