Yes...Pitts and McKinney/Flanigan are decent. But like you said we have nothing other than them and it's still takes five guys to make a line, more if you include TEs.

This has to be adressed. In particularly with Spencer's career in question.

Hell no. I know this isn't a popular stance but there's 2 huge reasons we have no reason to draft an RB.

1) The OL. Until that's adressed draft as many RBs as you want and all you have is the "Carr" effect.

2) Williams (Domanick Davis if you didn't know he changed his name), Dayne, Lundy and Taylor.

Maybe I'm just stupid or blind but I don't what changed since last season that made RBs so hard to find. Ever since the Portis trade we hear all this talk about Rb being a position that's plug & play for the most part.

Granted you have to have some talent, but (and this is maybe where I'm crazy and blind) I feel a former Heisman winner coming off his best 5 game stretch, a guy that rushed for 3000 yards in his first three seasons under a similarly crappy OL, and two youngsters with incredible upside qualify.

Did LT, Johnson and Bush really change that? I just don't see it.

So why waste the 8th overall pick on an RB when we've got four that have had success and all have incredible upside. If DWs knee is okay (big if I know) then he's still an elite/upper tier RB in this league...If Dayne is finally healthy I can't complain against his efforts at the end of the season. And if you really want young talent we have it in Lundy and Taylor. Say what you want about all four of them but they've all had success at the NFL level.

If these new guys fail to draft/sign an OLman I'll find it hard not to believe that they're just giving themselves excuses not to win.
