Again, no TV... not even WGN (not in my area). Oh well, good thing I have gameday audio!

I've mentioned before that I recently got Direct TV because it has the most HD channels. I also got the "Sports Pack" for $12/mo and have been getting the Chicago Sports Net, YES, NESN and all the regional FSN games. They are blacked out only if they're opposite an Astros game. Today's game is not on WGN (which is showing the White Sox-Tigers game), but on HD on Chicago Sports Net & it's blacked out here in Houston. For those outside of Texas-Oklahoma, the Direct TV Sports Pack is a good way to catch a lot of Astros games.

Spudder, but you're saving how much money by doing that and not buying season tickets?

It sounds like a great deal for you.

I don't have Direct TV yet, but just a good digital cable package with all of the sports and movie channels.

But unfortunately, I lack the NFL Network and that's the only channel I really want.

The dumb NFL is too selfish to simply reach a deal regarding the NFL Network and most cable providers, and it makes me sick to my stomach.
