Today's 9-7 loss was so depressing to me today...

It was one of those under-the-skin losses that has the potential to ruin my excitement for anything sports related for at least a week.

I'm extremely worried about Roy Oswalt's overall performance through two games this year.

At the very least, even Cecil Cooper is a little concerned...

"I am a little concerned about my ace," manager Cecil Cooper said. "Anytime you send him out there and you get five runs you think you have a chance to win it. We'll go back to the drawing board and try to get him on track."

Roy Oswalt is now 0-2 with a 6.00 ERA, but the worst part about his early-season struggles is the fact he doesn't have a feel for his breaking pitches and the opposing hitters are hitting .389 against him -- nearly .400.

I'm sure Roy Oswalt will be 8-2 with an ERA of 3.30 after 10 games and there's nothing to worry about ( for example ), but for now it's a little concerning to say the least.
