Brad Lidge sure did make it interesting, didn't he?

Brad "bend but don't break" Lidge.

I mean hey, a win is a win and the Phillies have a 1-0 series lead.

Brad Lidge struck out Prince Fielder ( swinging ), but then a wild pitch gave Corey Hart a chance to tie the game with a base hit ( runners on second third base with two outs ), but Lidge also struck out Corey Hart to end the game.

Phillies win 3-1 and take a 1-0 series lead.

I was following on MLB.com's gameday center and Lidge's fastball ddn't seem to be as fast as it usually is. I was reading only 92 and 93 MPH, and then he threw sliders that were 84 MPH also.

Not quite the 98 and 97 MPH gas he usually has.
