I was just being sarcastic of course, LOL.

Albeit, when the ballgames seem to matter the most, Lance Berkman seems to disappear while Manny Ramirez seems to thrive.

People always talk about a clutch hitter and whether or not it does exist, but I feel it does when watching players like Manny Ramirez perform in October, or even July, August or Semptember for that matter.

You can't put into words what Manny Ramirez did in a Dodger uniform this year. He helped take that team to another level, a la what Lance Berkman did, but in April, May and June!

Manny Ramirez is hitting "out of this world" at the right time!

Albeit, Lance Berkman has performed well at times in the postseason ( 2005 World Series for example, he was totally awesome ), but nobody else on the team hit. And I'm sure Lance Berkman had a few other big postseason series before.

But what I mean is how he disappeared in the month of September this year. Not so much postseason games, but how he did so little when the Astros needed him to deliver the most.

Lance Berkman with that hairstyle would be interesting.

The thing is, had Carlos Lee remained healthy all season long... I'm thinking he would have won the 2008 NL MVP, and the Astros might have won the 2008 NL Wild Card, with another four or five extra wins. There were a couple of 2-1 losses against the Reds at Minute Maid Park ( versus Bronson Arroyo a month ago, and Edinson Volquez about a week ago ), and a two-run loss at Pittsburgh... Basically those kind of nailbiting ballgames in which the Astros failed to score sufficient amount of runs, are probably wins with El Caballo in the lineup.

Dodgers lead 2-0 in the middle of the 3rd.

Cubs are six innings away from being swept at L.A.
