I don't think coop's firing will be a financial dilema, I'm sure he has plenty in the bank. Coop is incompetant, and there is nothing worse than that to make everyone elses's job harder.

As the Controller where I work, I am constantly having to pick up the slack for a person who is mistake prone, doesn't focus on work, and makes my job harder. I won't lobby to get the person fired, but neither would I be sad to see the person replaced with someone competant who can actually make a difference and wants to work.

I talked to a guy the other day and Reliant had a major bout of firings. He said he had never seeen anything like it. Person after person were approached by HR and Security, and immediately escorted to the exit. They were allowed to get their stuff from their desks, they were told they would mail it to them. Yikes!

Of course Reliant and TXU have been price gouging its customers in such a way that people are taking the opportunity to look elsewhere for their electricity.
