We'll have plenty of salary rolling off the books at the end of the season:   Moehler ($3M), Matsui ($5.5M), Byrdak ($1.6M),  Feliz ($4.5M).  That doesn't factor in the possible team option on Berkman for $15M ($2M buyout).  There is no reason to lose Wandy and get nothing in return.  He'll probably only get a modest raise from his current $5M if he doesn't turn this season around.  If they've decided not to offer arbitration, than they need to trade him before the deadline.
