I do think Wallace will have a break out year in his first full season. I have always felt that he has gotten his string pulled way too quickly when he had struggle. He has shown that he can kill AAA pitching. He just need consistent playing time so he can adjust to the big leaguea and get comfortable without worried about getting down. Some players just need longer. He is only 26! There was a time when Nelson Cruz was merely considered a AAAA player in his late 20's and look what he's done the last few years. I see Wallace doing his best Billy Butler impersonation this year. I also think Maxwell could hit 30 homeruns given enough atbats but he wont hit above 250. As for Lyles. I dont see why he is penciled in as the number 3 starter. Whats the difference between him and White? Both we former first round picks who have necessarily pitched like it in the big leagues. I think the only person who should be guaranteed a spot in rotation is harrell. Second would be norris but I would be fine with him.getting moved to closers role and have someone else take his spot in the rotation I dont see the AL being very friendly to any of our pitchers but I do like the upside some them have. I say Alex White is this years breakout pitcher for us. But the good thing is that I feel that it could be any one of them. How the rotation unfolds will definitely be the best thing to watch for during ST.
