I honestly think it's an insult to your parents to be able to graduate from an Ivy League school or a major brain school like MIT and then make a career working for a professional sports team, fercryinoutloud. Sports is the toy department of life. It ultimately means nothing other than a diversion. Even if your genius somehow revolutionizes the sport, it's still just a sport. These guys ought to be working on a cure for cancer or inventing America's next technological sensation instead of crunching numbers for a baseball team. What a waste of their mental abilities.

I draw the line at Lance Berkman. If you can graduate from a school Lance Berkman would have flunked out of, you shouldn't make a career in sports.
