What's tough about the starting pitcher question is that there's no presumption on who the 4th starter is.  So you could really change the question to 4th and 5th starter, which in my mind would change it to Straily/Peacock for no. 1, and Peacock/Straily for no. 2.

The reliever race is interesting.  I think Tony Sipp is a dark horse there.  He just doesn't seem phased at all by the pressure, which lends itself to good closers.
I think Oberholtzer has a firm grip on that 4th spot. Advanced metrics seem to really like him as a bounceback player, just like they predicted a step back for him last year
