True, momentarily forgot about Keuchel's left-handedness. Tepid certainly beats foreboding but tepid is a pretty good description. I think you can certainly envision everything falling into place and seeing the team remain competitive into September. The problem is that it rarely happens that way. There are too many "fall back" candidates to just assume they will all perform as they have while all of the "bounce back" candidates all bounce back. Things rarely work out that way. Even if there is a wash, I don't see this team finishing .500 or above.
