For all the talk of how barren the Astros farm system was when Luhnow arrived, it is interesting that the best player Luhnow has in each segment of the team (except the bullpen) is a holdover from Ed Wade:

Starting pitching - Dallas Keuchel
Catcher - Jason Castro
Infield - Jose Altuve
Outfield - George Springer

I know we have to give Luhnow time and, yes, Correa will likely eventually be better than Altuve but for right now the "stars" of the team are not Luhnow's guys and we are starting Year Four of the Great Experiment.

Luhnow's best team is in Corpus Christi right now, still a year or two away from arriving in Houston.
