Patience regarding Bucholz would be wise.

Indeed.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong please, but wasn't Buckholz evern more of a principle in the Wagner trade than the other 2 guys we got (Astacio and Duckworth)?

I've never seen him pitch and I'm not familiar with his numbers, but I heard several reports before his arm problems that his stuff wasn't just good, but wicked good.

If someone would fill me in on what they know about Buckholz, I'd appreciate it.

If what I heard about him was true, and with the progression of Astacio, the Wagner trade should start to pay some huge dividends in the next few years.

The one that got away -- and we can thank Hunsicker for this since he was the one that released him outright -- Scott Linebrink.
