Generally, I advocate trading for anyone that pitches that well, when you can get them for two prospects, but one wonders how he improved so much.

I like Garland for a couple of reasons. His strikeouts to watch ratio has improved each of the last five seasons. However, he does give up a few more home runs than the league average. Overall, I'd like to have him as a third or fourth starter.
