As a sidenote, on ESPN Classic they were showing "The top 5 reasons you can't blame Mitch Williams for the Phillies losing the '93 series". Reason number 5 (which I didn't catch entirely) was Bud Selig letting Molitor go to the Blue Jays... supposedly the trade was done illegally? Like I said I didn't catch it, but maybe someone hear can shed some more light on it. Just thought it was ironic to see that after all we got to hear from him in the WS.

To add to the mix of steroids and the 1993 World Series, it should be pointed out that Lenny Dykstra's monster year in 1993 was because he was taking steroids.

He has already been outed for being juiced that season. That means the Phillies' best player that year was a cheater.
