I agree with Pat that the no trade clause thing sounds like a load of BS to me, and that Boras used that as a PR chip to make the Astros look bad and him and Beltran not look so greedy. But I also think that the Astros would be smart to not offer a complete no trade clause. How often do you see a team offer a long term high money contract that theyre trying to dump later on (Bernie Williams, ARod, Griffey, etc.). If the Astros are going to shell out that kind of cash, they need some protection as well. If Carlos performs as he is being paid to, then he doesnt have to worry about getting traded.

In any sense, thats in the past. I live in FL and I wish I could have been there last night, but it was great to see that the Houston fans arent going to sit back and cheer a guy who screwed them. If hes going to whine like a little bitch about it in the papers, then I say boo him louder tonight!
