After reading what Heck has to say about these guys I am starting to like the picks a little more. From the way he describes the players it appears very, VERY likely that the signability had a huge impact in who he chose. Possibly giving an explanation to the Smoak pass. For us fans, we can't bash Heck yet because we have no idea if these players will be good or bad, so all we have to go on is his track record, and Heck's record is very good. So, until further notice, I firmly support you Bobby and keep up the good work. (Let's shock the world and sign 80% of the players picked, especially the High Schoolers)
