Christopher Reeve has died.
"Reeve went into cardiac arrest Saturday while at his Pound Ridge home, then fell into a coma and died Sunday at a hospital surrounded by his family, his publicist said. He was 52.
In the last week Reeve had developed a serious systemic infection from a pressure wound, a common complication for people living with paralysis."
While I was not a big fan of his as an actor, I must say that the grace with which he handled his paralysis, and his unfailing belief that he WOULD walk again, was absolutely inspiring.
Well, he's walking again now, and I hope he's having a great time!
