This is a moderated community of Astros fans and baseball fans from all over the globe. Upon entering this community, please treat it as though you are physically entering a room full of people.
You are pretty much free to do as you please, with the following exceptions:
#1: (a) There will be no unlawful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, or invasive posts toward another forum member.
No cussing out members.
No name-calling.
(b) No "flaming". Flaming will be defined as insulting criticism or remarks meant to incite anger. What is deemed flaming will be at the moderator's discretion.

#2: Zero tolerance on spammers. Spammers will be defined as persons promoting a product, service, or website, with no intention of being a part of and no interest in the well-being of this community.
#3: Trolls will be dealt with at the discretion of the moderators of this community. Trolls will be defined as persons intentionally starting fights, upsetting people, and intentionally violating these guidelines, with no apparent interest in the well-being of this community.

#4: Common decency will be practiced here. Porn, racial slurs, hate propaganda, and such, will not be tolerated. Posts containing such decency issues, including pictures and/or links will be edited or deleted. What is deemed a decency violation will be at the moderator's discretion. Profanity is allowed. Excessive and/or vulgar profanity is not. Curse words may be modified at the discretion of the moderators.
#5: It is the opinions of the moderators here that for the good of this community, bad blood from separations/break-ups from past forums will not be discussed on these forums.
#6: (a) Please try to start your topics in the appropriate forums. It is understood that sometimes topics will mistakenly be started in the wrong forum, or that it may be difficult sometimes to decide which forum best fits certain topics. Please do not be offended if a post you make gets moved. The moderators are only trying to keep things in order using their best judgement, and are not in any way reprimanding anyone.
(b) Intentionally starting topics in the wrong forum to get exposure for that topic is frowned upon. There are some exceptions that will be decided at the discretion of the moderators. We like to encourage users to use the other parts of the forum.
(c) Going off-topic during a discussion on a thread happens at times and this generally is acceptable. However, getting off of a particular forum's theme during a discussion on a thread may result in that topic being moved to the appropriate forum, or closed for further discussion. This will be done at the moderator's discretion.
(d) Continually taking threads off-topic may result in the topic being closed and the possibility of those involved being banned. This will be done at the moderator's discretion. Please do not hijack threads.
Violations of the above guidelines will result in your post being edited or deleted. Continuous violations may result in you being banned from this community.
Individuals can be banned solely at the discretion of the moderators of this community, without warning
